Modular Grass Tile Template (32x32)

This is a simple set of png files that can be used to create many different combinations of base grass tilesets. Just throw them in your favourite pixel art program and skip having to draw your grass tiles from scratch. They're bare without any shading or patterns so you can customize them completely by adding your own layers. The tiles are 32x32.

The images are in greyscale so you can add your own colours/shading. Every tile meets each other at a seam point, meaning you can combine each 32x32 tile to create fairly elaborate grass mappings with outer and inner diagonal, straight, concave and convex curves. Trust me, this template will save you many hours of grass tile creation.

These images aren't designed to create your grass tiles for you, they're designed to allow you to add colours and details, then map them easily without having to design the modular pieces, which usually takes the most amount of time.

Individual source corners and edges are provided as well as an arranged template image that you can copy tiles from and paste straight onto your canvas for customization. Enjoy!
